For a long time I thought I had irritable bowel syndrome. Finally had skin prick testing done to find out I'm allergic to eggs, fish and shellfish.... easy to avoid these things themselves but wow, eg...gs especially are in so much prepared food, and eating out food is often contaminated with traces of it. Started on Nalcrom a couple months ago and my stomach has settled down a lot. Hopefully it will continue to do so. I'm happy with it so far.
